1. Conditions for warranty claim
The warranty applies if extensions of our premium quality become tangled or knotted within a period of 3 months after purchase.
The customer agrees to use only hair2heart's care products for the maintenance of the extensions. If the extensions are cared for with other products, the warranty will be void. The customer must provide proof, in the form of an invoice, that the care set was purchased from us along with the extensions. Here is the link to the hair extensions care set.
2. Details and exclusions from the warranty
The warranty applies only if the extensions become tangled or knotted to the point where they are no longer wearable. Normal wear and tear of the extensions, such as listed below, is excluded from the warranty:
- Fading of color
- Dryness, split ends
- Tangling at the roots
- Hair breakage
- Reduction of waves
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover claims related to the connection points or if the extensions have been dyed, tinted, bleached, washed with silver shampoo, or subjected to a perm.
Warranty claims related to allergies to foreign hair and the connection points are also excluded.
3. Warranty claim
If the extensions indeed become tangled or knotted, we will provide a replacement. For this, the customer must inform us in advance via email at [email protected] about the warranty claim and send us the extensions to the following address within a set deadline:

The customer is responsible for the costs of attaching and removing the extensions. Upon receipt of the shipment, the extensions will be inspected, and the customer will be informed about the further steps.
In case of a valid warranty claim, we will replace the defective extensions with new ones.
This voluntary warranty does not affect or limit the customer's rights under statutory warranty.
